Board of Directors
Worldwide Insurance has a Board composition of 5 members and to all extent, it is a very diverse board and very appropriate for good decision making devoid of external influence. There are 2 independent Directors on the Board to create balance and to also help with good external decision making.
Kojo Asante Director (Board Chairman)
 Kojo is the founder and CEO of Worldwide Partners Limited. He is an entrepreneur, Investment Banker and Infrastructural Development expert with over twenty years’ experience in Deal Closing, Asset Fund Management, Investment Decision Support, Engineering CAD, Construction and Project Management.
Kojo is also the founder and CEO of Worldwide Insurance Brokers Limited, an Insurance Brokerage company and Worldwide Resources Limited, an upstream Oil and Gas Exploration Company both fully owned subsidiaries of Worldwide Partners. He also co-founded QFS Securities Limited, an investment banking firm where he manages the pension fund business, private investment funds and provides comprehensive investment advisory services to clients as well.
Prior to Worldwide Partners, Kojo worked with Nationwide Insurance Company (NI) in Ohio as a corporate development and financial advisory officer in a decision support role.

 Before that he worked as a consultant for the World Banks’ Private Participation in Infrastructure (PPI) group. Having attained his BSc in civil engineering, Kojo has vast professional knowledge and experience with respect to infrastructural development in highway design, drainage systems design, civil construction and project management both in Ghana and the United States of America.Kojo holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana with a focus on road infrastructure planning and development and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA with a concentration in finance and strategy.

George Obimpeh Executive Director
 George has over fifteen years industry experience in  insurance practice both in the Republic of the Gambia and Ghana respectively. Prior to joining Worldwide Insurance Brokers, he was the head of Technical Division at Unique Insurance Company where he was very instrumental in the reorganization of the underwriting, claims and Reinsurance Departments. George was also part of  a team that successfully turned around a distressed insurance Company that had run losses for a continuous five year period in the Gambia. In Ghana, He was a pioneer member in  establishing Millennium Insurance Company, where he set up the claim management system for the nascent firm.

Samson Asaki Awingobit Non-Executive Director (Independent)
 Samson is an Insurance marketing professional and currently an advocate for Ghana Importers and Exporters Association. His advocacy work has gained him a lot of exposure with Government functionaries and important stakeholders within the Trade Ministry of Ghana. 
He started his Insurance career with ELAC in March 2006 as a young Insurance sales officer and moved to MET Life three years later as an Executive Sales Representative. He then later became a Branch Manager at SIC Life for 2 years at their office in Ho in the Volta Region. 
Samson before his advocacy work has been involved in other commodity businesses.

Ms. Antwiwaa Kissi Non-Executive Director
 Ms.  Kissi has practiced law since 2005. She has specialized knowledge in Employment and Labour law with in-depth knowledge of Ghana Labour laws and its labour Landscape.  She also has in-depth knowledge of Eastern, Western and Southern Africa labour laws including Francophone countries.  Furthermore, she has years of experience in Corporate Law after working for Accra Brewery Limited, a Beverage company. 
Ms.  Kissi has a  Bachelor of Science Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Ohio State Moritz College of Law, and a Practicing License from the Ghana School of Law.
